The Digitalization of Vocational and Technical Education Skill Systems

Abstract

Digitalization, which is increasing its impact today, increases the need for qualified human capital by transforming traditional business life into environments where technology is used more intensively. Technological developments not only modernize business life, but also increase the use of technology-based learning methods in vocational and technical education. In the study, document analysis and content analysis are carried out to address the impact of digitalization of vocational and technical education on skill systems in line with technological developments, especially in the context of accounting education. It emphasizes increasing the qualified workforce and the level of competition by focusing on the digitalization of vocational and technical education, especially at the secondary education level. The findings show that business and social life, as well as students, teachers and school administrations, are shaped by the integration of developing classroom technologies into vocational and technical education. The study reveals the importance of establishing a strong cooperation between the labor market, students, teachers and educational institutions for success in the digitalization of vocational and technical education skills. The importance of state support in providing financing, technical infrastructure and legal regulations in the digitalization of vocational and technical education and training skill systems is emphasized.

Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitim Beceri Sistemlerinin Dijitalleşmesi

Abstract

Günümüzde etkisini arttıran dijitalleşme, geleneksel iş hayatını teknolojinin daha yoğun kullanıldığı ortamlara dönüştürerek nitelikli insan sermayesine olan ihtiyacı artırmaktadır. Teknolojik gelişmeler, iş yaşamını modernize ettiği gibi meslekî ve teknik eğitim öğretimde de teknoloji tabanlı öğrenme yöntemlerinin kullanımını artırmaktadır. Çalışmada teknolojik gelişmeler doğrultusunda meslekî ve teknik eğitimin dijitalleşmesinin beceri sistemlerine etkisini özellikle muhasebe eğitimi bağlamında ele almak amacıyla doküman incelemesi ve içerik analizi gerçekleştirilmektedir. Özellikle ortaöğretim düzeyinde meslekî ve teknik eğitim öğretimin dijitalleşmesine odaklanılarak nitelikli iş gücünün ve rekabet düzeyinin artırılmasına vurgu yapmaktadır. Bulgular gelişen sınıf teknolojilerinin meslekî ve teknik eğitim öğretime entegresiyle öğrenci, öğretmen ve okul idarelerinin yanı sıra iş ve sosyal yaşamın da şekillendiğini göstermektedir. Çalışma meslekî ve teknik eğitim becerilerinin dijitalleşmesinde başarı için işgücü piyasası, öğrenciler, öğretmenler ve eğitim kurumları arasında güçlü bir iş birliğinin kurulmasının önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Meslekî ve teknik eğitim öğretim beceri sistemlerinin dijitalleşmesinde finansman, teknik alt yapı ve yasal düzenlemelerin sağlanmasında devlet desteğinin önemi vurgulanmaktadır.
