The aim of our journal is to contribute to the literature at the national level with original and scientific studies in the field of law and related fields.

Original and scientific research articles, court decision reviews, legislative reviews, book reviews and translations in the field of public and private law are within the scope of publication of our journal.

1- Erciyes University Journal of the Faculty of Law (ERUHFD) is a peer-reviewed journal scanned by ULAKBİM and published twice a year, in April and October. January 31 for the April issue of the studies to be published; For the October issue, it must be delivered to our Faculty by 30 July or sent to eruhukukdergisi@gmail.com.

2- Scientific studies submitted for publication in the journal should not be related to the fields of public law, private law and financial law and have not been previously published or sent for publication elsewhere. Translations must be sent together with the original copy in the language in which they were published.

3- Although the written language of the journal is mainly Turkish, studies in foreign languages ​​are also included in the journal. Even if the studies are written in Turkish or in any of the foreign languages, each study should have an abstract of at least 100 and at most 200 words, in a way that best expresses the purpose of the text. Abstracts must be prepared in Turkish and any of the foreign languages ​​of English, German, French. In addition, the title of the study in both languages ​​and five keywords should be added to the beginning of the study and sent. Authors are required to show their Orcid ID numbers, e-mail addresses, and the institutions they work for in the footnote containing the author's information.

4- In the text part of the article sent for publication, the Turkish title should be 12 points below the English title, the rest of the part other than the Turkish title should be Times New Roman 11 points, the line spacing should be 1.15. Footnotes should be under the text in Times New Roman, 9 points, with 1 line spacing. It should be written in the form of 0.6 hanging, 3 pt space after the paragraph. Articles prepared in this way should not exceed 40 pages as a rule.

5- Studies to be sent for publication should be sent to the journal as written in Office 2000 and above. Automatic headings in Word should not be used.

6- At the end of the studies, a bibliography should be included in which the sources used in the studies are arranged in alphabetical order according to the surname of the author. References in the text regarding the sources used should be shown as footnotes at the end of each page.

7- It is accepted that the authors have checked the form and content of the studies they sent to the journal and are ready for "publishing" as such.

PUBLICATION POLICY

Dergimize gönderilen makalelerle ilgili, yazarlardan herhangi bir ücret alınmamaktadır. Makale değerlendirme süreçlerinde görev alan hakemlere ve makalesi yayımlanan yazarlara dergimiz tarafından herhangi bir ücret ödenmemektedir.
Yazarlar dergimizde yayımlanan makalelerinin telif haklarını tamamen dergi yönetimine devretmiş sayılır ve dergi yönetiminin izni olmadıkça makalelerini herhangi bir ortamda (basılı, elektronik, online vb.) yayımlayamazlar.
