PUBLICATION POLICY
About Authors:
1- The works submitted by the authors must be original, not previously published or sent anywhere else for publication, except our journal. By submitting articles, the authors declare that their article is not currently under evaluation in another journal.
2- Co-authors of the submitted article must have contributed to the experimental design and implementation of the study, or to the analysis and interpretation of the data. Researcher contribution rates must be shown in the declaration section at the end of the article.
3- If the authors realize that there is an important mistake in their published article, they must inform the editorial board.
4- Authors should submit ethics committee approval to the journal, if required. Certain information regarding the approval of the Ethics Committee (name of the ethics committee, number and date of the approval document) should be stated in the article.
About Editorial Staff:
1- The editors and deputy editors are obliged to fulfill their duties in an objective and impartial manner, free from any preconception.
2- Editors and deputy editors are obliged to act confidentially as required by their duties.
3- Editorial staff act in full cooperation in all kinds of work and transactions related to the journal. Fair distribution of tasks within the journal constitutes the essence of cooperation.
About Referees:
1- All articles are based on the scientific content of the study; should be reviewed fairly, regardless of the author's gender, ethnicity, race, religion, or political opinions.
2- The confidentiality of the peer-review process should be respected. Information about the reviewed article or the peer-review process or the after parts should not be shared with third parties.
3- Peer reviews should be objective and constructive, not hostile or provocative, and not contain disparaging personal comments.
4- If a conflict of interest is detected during the review process, the situation should be reported to the Editorial Board.
5- Information or ideas obtained through peer-review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.
6- The use of a plagiarism checker is leaved up to the discretion of referees.
Royalty Fees Policy:
1- There is no charge from the authors for the articles sent. ERUHFD does not pay any fee to the referees who take part in the article evaluation processes and to the authors whose articles are published.
2. The authors are completely transferred the copyrights of their articles published in our journal to the journal management. The authors cannot publish their articles in any medium (printed, electronic, online, etc.) without the permission of the journal administration.
