The copyright of all works published in the Journal of Young Intellectuals belongs to the author(s). By submitting their manuscripts, authors grant permission for their intellectual work to be published by the Journal of Young Intellectuals under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
Authors retain the copyright of their works published in the journal, and all published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
When submitting a manuscript through the journal’s online submission system, authors are required to read and approve the copyright notice specified below on the submission checklist page. By checking the box stating “I declare that the above conditions are fulfilled” at the end of the checklist, authors are deemed to have accepted the copyright notice.

The author(s) hereby declare and undertake that:
