Gistu Journal of Gastronomy Research

The GİBTÜ Journal of Gastronomy Research is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal published bi-annually (two issues per year) under the umbrella of Gaziantep Islam Science and Technology University (GISTÜ), a public university in Türkiye. Operating with a strong commitment to non-profit academic publishing, the journal charges no submission or publication fees, providing free and unrestricted access to high-quality scientific literature for researchers, practitioners, and the broader academic community globally.
