No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.

Authors are not asked to pay any fees for paper submission to the journal or the review process.
The journal pays the authors and referees for their copyright in accordance with the Copyright Regulations of Atatürk Culture, Language and History Institution and the Regulations of Publication and Sale.
