Ekrem Altinozen (Member, IEEE) earned his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with First Class Honours from Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Türkiye, in 2015. He subsequently completed his M.Sc. (First Class Honours) and Ph.D. degrees at The University of Nottingham, U.K., in 2018 and 2023, respectively. Since 2023, he has served as a faculty member within the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Harran University, Türkiye. His research resides at the intersection of flexible electromagnetics and advanced sensing, with a specific focus on conformal, wearable, and foldable antenna systems. His expertise further extends to microwave technologies, industrial interconnects, and the development of metamaterial-inspired terahertz refractive index sensors enabled by reconfigurable metasurfaces and functional materials.
Dr. Halil İbrahim Şenol is an Assistant Professor at Harran University, specializing in Geomatics Engineering and Cartography. With B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from Yıldız Technical University, his research focuses on GIS and DEM integration, smart cities, remote sensing, earth observation, and map education for children.

Fahri Baran Köroğlu received his B.Sc. (2020) and M.Sc. (2023) degrees in Civil Engineering from the İzmir Institute of Technology. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University under the supervision of Prof. Murat Altuğ Erberik, and has been a Graduate Research Assistant at Harran University since 2022. In 2023, he spent a semester at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln as a Teaching Assistant.
His research bridges earthquake engineering and machine learning, with the goal of developing efficient, data-driven solutions to contemporary seismic challenges. His primary interests include the seismic performance of reinforced-concrete buildings and structural reliability.
