Author(s) submit their work to the journal via the Dergipark platform.
The editorial board evaluates whether the work is readable, complete and original within 15 days, in line with the publication policy of the journal.
The editorial board takes the studies that have the above features to the evaluation stage in line with the double-blind reviewering system or sends the study back via the Dergipark platform by presenting the reasons to the author(s).
After the editorial board determines the studies that will enter the peer-review process, they forward the work to the reviewer to be submitted to the review of at least two reviewers.
The reviewers have 15 days to respond to the invitation. If the reviewers do not respond to the invitation, the invitation is sent to the reviewers again so that they can respond within an additional 7 days.
If the invitation is not accepted by one or both reviewers, the invitation is forwarded to the new reviewers so that the work can be evaluated by two reviewers.
After the invitation is accepted, the evaluation period of the reviewers is 30 days. If the reviewers do not evaluate the study within 30 days, an additional 7 days is given. The reviewers make their evaluations through the reviewer evaluation form created by the editorial board of the IJCT Journal.
After the study is evaluated by the reviewers, the study is sent to the author(s) in such a way that they cannot see the reviewer's names and the author(s) make the necessary arrangements.
In case of an acceptance-rejection conflict between the reviewers, the study can be published, rejected or forwarded to a third reviewer with the approval of the editorial board.
The editor asks the author to make the necessary changes and upload the revised file, according to the evaluation result received from the reviewers, or the article may be given a "Reject" decision according to the status of the evaluation results.
Spelling Rule Check is also done in this step.
After the revision, the editor accepts the article after the reviewer's evaluation is positive and proceeds to editing. After the editing process, the journal publishes the article of the author or authors in the next issue or Early view of the issue.
