İletişim olanaklarının oldukça arttığı günümüz koşullarında özel okullar açısından örgütsel itibarın oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi oldukça önemli bir olgu haline gelmiştir. Yabancı özel okullar ise uzun yıllara dayanan örgütsel itibarları ve bu konuda yapmış oldukları uygulamalar açısından diğer özel okullara önemli bir örnek teşkil etmektedir. Bu amaçla araştırmada öğretmen ve öğrencilerin yabancı özel okulların örgütsel itibar yönetimine ilişkin algıları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, üç farklı yabancı özel okuldaki gönüllü 864 öğrenci ve 105 öğretmen ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğrenci ve öğretmenler açısından yabancı özel okulların örgütsel itibar yönetimi algısı yüksek bulunmuştur. Bununla birlikte öğretmenlerin örgütsel itibar yönetimi algısının öğrencilere göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yine araştırma sonuçlarına göre sınıf düzeyi arttıkça, öğrencilerin yabancı özel okulların örgütsel itibar yönetimine ilişkin algılarının düştüğü belirlenmiştir.
Creating and managing organizational reputation in the eyes of the society has become a very important phenomenon for private schools in today's conditions, where communication opportunities have increased considerably. Foreign private high schools, on the other hand, constitute an important example of other private schools in terms of their long-standing organizational reputation and their practices in this regard. For this purpose, in this research, students and teachers' perceptions of the organizational reputation of foreign private schools were tried to be determined. The research was carried out with 864 students and 105 teachers in three different foreign private high schools. The data of the research were obtained by using the "Organizational Reputation Management for Schools Scale". According to the results of the research, the organizational reputation of foreign private schools was found to be high in terms of students and teachers. However, it was determined that teachers' perception of organizational reputation was higher than students. Again, according to the results of the research, it was determined that as the grade level increases, students' perceptions of the organizational reputation of foreign private high schools decrease. In the study, it was determined that the highest perception of the organizational reputation of foreign private high schools in terms of students and teachers belongs to the "School Environment" dimension. Afterwards, the highest averages belong to the dimensions of "Social Responsibility", "Financial Performance", "Relations with Alumni", "School Engagement" and "Leadership"; In the "School Management" dimension, it was determined that the organizational reputation perception of foreign private high schools was at the lowest level. Within the scope of the research, it is expected that determining the organizational reputation of foreign private high schools, understanding the reasons and consequences of their existing organizational reputation will help other private schools to create and manage their organizational reputation.
