Article 1 – Participation Areas
Works produced in the fields of Painting, Graphic Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Sculpture, Printmaking, Photography, Ceramics, Tile Art, and Traditional Turkish Arts (Carpet-Kilim, Illumination, Calligraphy, Miniature, Textile) are accepted to the exhibitions organized by IJHAR Art Gallery.

Article 2 – Group Exhibition Applications
Artists may apply with a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of five (5) works for group exhibitions, and with a minimum of fifteen (15) and a maximum of twenty (20) works for solo exhibitions; however, the works must not have been exhibited before or within the last five (5) years.

Article 3 – Technique and Material Usage
Artists are free to use any preferred techniques and materials in the creation of their artworks.

Article 4 – Participation Fees and Payment Conditions
Participation fees are as follows:
Group Exhibition:
• Participants from Turkey: 200 TL per artwork
• Participants from abroad: 10 EUR per artwork
Solo Exhibition:
• Participants from Turkey: 350 TL per artwork
• Participants from abroad: 15 EUR per artwork

For mixed exhibition proposals submitted to IJHAR Art Gallery within the scope of any event, celebration, anniversary, special day, or commemorative occasion, the participation fees are as follows:
• For artists participating from Turkey: 350 TL per artwork
• For artists participating from abroad: 20 EUR per artwork.

Participation fees must be paid no later than one (1) week before the exhibition start date to the following bank accounts: The payment receipt description should state 'Individual/Group Exhibition participation fee for ... artworks'.

Article 5 – Copyright and Publication Use
By submitting artworks to the IJHAR Art Gallery, participants agree that their works—together with the artist’s name and artwork information—may be used without any royalty payment for exhibition promotion purposes in catalogs, posters, social media, and press/media channels.

Article 6 – Artwork Images
Artwork images must be photographed against a neutral background.
Each image should have a resolution of 300 dpi, in CMYK color mode, and the file size should not exceed 10 MB per artwork.

Article 7 – Application Process and Responsibility
Applications are made via the IJHAR Art Gallery Application Form, which includes participant information, artwork details, and artwork images.
The organizing committee and the jury are not responsible for applications that fail to be received due to technical issues.
If delays occur, the exhibition will be held at the next available date without disadvantaging the artist. The new exhibition date will be mutually agreed upon with the artist.

Article 8 – Evaluation and Acceptance Process
After evaluation by the jury, accepted artists will receive a confirmation letter.
During the exhibition, a participation certificate and an exhibition catalog will be prepared and made available for download via a link added to the exhibition hall.

Article 9 – Exhibition Method
Accepted artworks will be exhibited online at the IJHAR Art Gallery:

Article 10 – Certificate and Catalog Appeals
Any issues regarding participation certificates or catalogs must be reported via email to ijharjournal@gmail.com  within one (1) month.
Important Note:
The artist bears full responsibility for artworks containing political content, or those that promote religious/language/racial discrimination or include obscene elements. The gallery assumes no responsibility for such submissions.
