The International Journal of Politics and Security (IJPS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, online academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarly research in the fields of International Realations (IR) and Security Studies (SS).

IJPS is published twice a year, in May and October.

IJPS employs a double-blind peer-review process and does not charge any fees for the submission or publication of articles. The journal accepts original theoretical, empirical, and methodological research, as well as scholarly reviews, within the realms of international politics, security studies, and related interdisciplinary fields.

Each published article is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI). In line with the journal’s open-access policy, authors retain the copyright to their work; the terms of publication and distribution are governed by the journal’s publishing policy and the relevant license provisions.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their work, as well as its compliance with ethical standards. The views expressed in published articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of IJPS or the International Politics and Security Studies Association (INTPOLSEC).
