Aim & Scope

İzmir Journal of Management is one of the publications of Dokuz Eylul University.

İzmir Journal of Management is a scientific, peer-reviewed journal which publishes quantitative/qualitative and original empirical/review articles.

Papers written in Turkish or English can all be sent to İzmir Journal of Management.


In terms of scope, this journal is open to quantitative/qualitative and original empirical/review articles in the fields of human resources management, organizational behavior, strategic management, organizational theories, work life and industrial relations, marketing, finance, accounting, information technologies and systems, entrepreneurship, sustainability, innovation and international business.
