No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.

No article processing charge (APC) is required.
All review processes are carried out on a voluntary basis by the referees. However, after the article is accepted for publication, authors are asked to pay a layout and formatting fee of 2500 TL for authors from Türkiye or 55 GBP for authors from other countries to have their article formatted according to the JIAE layout.
Authors who do not wish to pay this fee may prepare the layout themselves in accordance with the JIAE formatting guidelines.
Note: The general layout prepared during the initial submission and the final publication layout are different. Converting the article into the double-column publication format, readjusting all elements, and performing the final checks require considerable editorial effort.
