It is an online, open-access, peer-reviewed international academic journal publishing original articles, research papers. JSTER is a bilingual international academic journal accepting articles in Turkish and English.

Since JSTER prefers to publish articles without waiting for a scheduled publication date, it has switched to a Continuous Publication Model as of January 1, 2026. Articles accepted after peer review will be published immediately in the journal's active issue without waiting for assignment to a later issue.

JSTER journal, which started publication in 2020, is indexed by international databases such as Crossref, Google Scholar, and Index Copernicus. While publishing studies that include innovations in engineering solutions, we aim to facilitate collaboration in research and development in all fields of technology and science and to highlight innovation.
