Peer Review Process and Publication Policy
The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles that are not original, do not conform to the aims and scope of the journal, or are not prepared in accordance with the article writing guidelines. All works submitted to the Journal of Science, Technology and Engineering Research (JSTER) are first reviewed by the editors in terms of scope, originality, and contribution to the literature. Works that conform to the aims and scope of JSTER and possess the necessary qualities are sent to at least two reviewers for evaluation using a double-blind peer review system. Editors may return articles for revision or edit them according to the journal's writing guidelines. Although peer review has a primary influence on publication decisions, the editorial board is responsible for the final decision regarding the publication (or non-publication) of articles.

Publication Ethics and Conflict of Interest
Authors are responsible for academic integrity and publication ethics. Authors are advised to review JSTER's "Ethical Principles and Publication Policies" and to include any conflict of interest statements in their cover letter.

Online Article Submission
JSTER is located in Dergipark, a web-based online submission and peer-review system. To log in and submit your article online, please visit https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/jster. Authors using the online system for the first time must create a new account.

1. Files to be uploaded:
- Main Article Text (should not contain any information about the author(s))
- Title Page (name, surname, institution, email, address, ORCID number and article abstract)
- Author Copyright Form: The publication process of the article will not be initiated unless the Copyright Form is uploaded to the system in a signed form.
- Similarity Report (Turnitin/iThenticate software can be used. Articles with a similarity rate exceeding 20% ​​(including references and citations) cannot be considered. The rate of single-source matching in articles should be a maximum of 2%.)
- Referee Suggestion Form: Two reviewers from the author's own country and, if possible, two reviewers from abroad should be recommended. Institution, field, research topics, and email address should be provided. (Optional)

2. Ethics Committee Approval: All human research and all other activities involving human research, even partially, must be evaluated and approved by the relevant ethics committee. To obtain ethics committee approval, researchers generally apply to their affiliated university or institution.

3. Journal Writing Style

- Abstract: The abstract should highlight the novelties and key findings of the study. The abstract should be at least 150 and no more than 300 words.
- Keywords: The number of keywords should be at least 3 and no more than 5.
- Main Text: Calibri New Roman font, 11 point size, should be used. Single line spacing should be used in the abstract. One line space should be added between paragraphs.
- References: 10. References - JSTER journal adheres to the IEEE bibliography style. The IEEE format should be selected as the reference formatting format. In-text citations should be in IEEE citation format, indicated by a number in square brackets, such as [1] or [2, 3], and this number corresponds to the numbered reference list at the end of the document.
