Article Evaluation
All works sent to be published are sent to three referees who are experts in their fields for evaluation. After the review process that resulted with at least 2 referees sending a positive response, the editor decides whether the work will be published, taking into account the accuracy and importance of the work in question, the referee reports, legal regulations such as copyright infringement and plagiarism. In the event that one of the referees reports negatively, the article is sent to a third referee and a publication decision is made in line with the third referee's response. The editor may need the advice of other editors or referees when deciding on the work. The normal article process is aimed to be completed in between 30-45 days.

Articles with the name of the editor and the field editor are assigned to an editor/field editor other than these names. The blind peer-review process for these articles is continued in the same way. The editor/field editor, whose name is included as the author, does not participate in the evaluation process of these articles, the evaluation process is carried out independently.
