Journal of Science, Technology and Engineering Research (JSTER) accepts articles in the fields of science, technology, and engineering research. It is an online, open-access, peer-reviewed international academic journal publishing original articles, research papers. JSTER is a bilingual international academic journal accepting articles in TURKISH and ENGLISH
Since JSTER prefers to publish articles without waiting for a scheduled publication date, it has switched to a Continuous Publication Model as of January 1, 2026. Articles accepted after peer review will be published immediately in the journal's active issue without waiting for assignment to a later issue.
Launched in 2020, the JSTER journal is indexed by international databases such as Crossref, Google Scholar, and Index Copernicus. It aims to facilitate collaboration in research and development and to highlight innovation in all fields of technology and science, while publishing studies that involve innovation in engineering solutions.

Required Files to Article Submission
When uploading articles to JSTER, the following files need to be uploaded.
You can download the required files from this Writing Rule page.
1. Manuscript: The article format should be based on JSTER template. (without any author names and affiliations)
2. Title Page: A separate title page, containing title, all author names, affiliations, and the contact information (e-mail, telephone number and fax number) of the corresponding author.
3. Copyright Agreement (All authors must be sign)
4. 4. Similarity Report: The similarity rate must be at most 15% or less. Also, the similarity rate from the same work should never exceed 3%.
5. Referee Suggestion Form : Institution, branch, study topics, email address should be provided. (Optional)
