Yapay Zeka Destekli Liderlik: Bir Bibliyometrik Analiz Çalışması

Abstract

Bu araştırmada bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi kullanılarak, yapay zekâ destekli liderlik kavramına ilişkin akademik eğilimlere yönelik güncel ve sistematik bir bakış açısı sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda, Web of Science veri tabanı üzerinden "artificial intelligence" ve "leadership" anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak bir 2012-2025 yılları arasında yayınlanmış çalışmalar filtrelenerek, literatür taraması gerçekleştirilmiş ve elde edilen 144 akademik araştırma ve 6 literatür taraması, bibliyometrik yöntemle analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulguları, yapay zekâ destekli liderlik kavramının özellikle 2021 yılından itibaren hızla ilgi görmeye başladığını ve bu alanda yoğun bir yayın üretimi gerçekleştiğini ortaya koymuştur. Analiz sonuçları, yapay zekânın liderlik süreçleriyle ilişkilendirildiği çalışmaların özellikle ülkeler, yazarlar, yayınlar çerçevesinde hangi sıklıkla yoğunlaştığını ve akademik eğilimleri göstermektedir. Öne çıkan anahtar kelimeler arasında "digital leadership", "employee engagement", "decision making" gibi kavramların yer aldığı ve bu yönüyle konunun yalnızca teknik değil, aynı zamanda yönetimsel ve psikolojik boyutlara da odaklandığı görülmektedir. Analiz edilen yayınlar doğrultusunda, ABD, Çin, Almanya, İngiltere ve Avustralya'nın en fazla katkı sağlayan ülkeler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bulgular değerlendirildiğinde, yapay zekâ destekli liderlik alanında disiplinler arası yaklaşımların kullanılması, etik sorunların ele alınması ve liderlik eğitimlerinin yapay zekâ perspektifiyle yapılandırılması gerektiği anlaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışma, yapay zekâ destekli liderlik konusundaki literatürde yer alan yayınların verilerini görselleştirerek bu alandaki eğilimleri belirlemeyi ve gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalara yön vermeyi amaçlayan önemli bir analizdir.

Artificial Intelligence Assisted Leadership: A Biometric Analysis Study

Abstract

This study aims to provide a current and systematic perspective on academic trends related to the concept of artificial intelligence-supported leadership using bibliometric analysis methods. In this context, a literature review was conducted by filtering studies published between 2012 and 2025 using the keywords “artificial intelligence” and “leadership” from the Web of Science database. The 144 academic studies and 6 literature reviews obtained were analyzed using bibliometric methods. The findings of the study reveal that the concept of artificial intelligence-supported leadership has rapidly gained interest, particularly since 2021, and that there has been intense publication in this field. The analysis results show the frequency with which studies linking artificial intelligence to leadership processes are concentrated within the framework of countries, authors, and publications, as well as academic trends. Key terms such as “digital leadership,” “employee engagement,” and “decision making” stand out, indicating that the topic focuses not only on technical aspects but also on managerial and psychological dimensions. As a result of the analysis, the United States, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia were identified as the leading contributing countries. When the findings are evaluated, it is understood that interdisciplinary approaches should be used in the field of AI-supported leadership, ethical issues should be addressed, and leadership training should be structured from an AI perspective. This study is an important analysis that aims to identify trends in this field by visualizing the data of publications in the literature on AI-supported leadership and to guide future research.
