Kilitbahir

Kilitbahir, which began its publication life in 2012 as the Journal of the Faculty of Theology at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, is an international academic journal published twice a year on 18 March and 18 September by the Faculty of Theology at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. Kilitbahir aims to publish and share with the public articles, book reviews, and symposium evaluations in the field of religious studies (Social and Human Sciences/Religious Studies/Theology/Language/Philosophy). For research articles and translations, only works by researchers with a doctoral degree and master's students in the thesis phase who have prepared their work in collaboration with an author holding a doctoral degree will be considered for evaluation. Articles submitted for publication are subject to double-blind peer review by at least two referees. In addition, articles are checked to ensure that they have not been previously published and do not contain plagiarism (using the iThenticate programme).
