The work titled and authored as specified in your UDS System has been uploaded for consideration for publication. This work has not been published anywhere before, has not been accepted for publication, nor has it been submitted for review to any other journal.

In the event that this work is accepted for publication, the rights concerning the work related to Article 21 of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK), which regulates the “Right to Adaptation”, Article 22 which regulates the “Right to Reproduction”, Article 23 which regulates the “Right to Distribution”, Article 24 which regulates the “Right to Perform”, and Article 25 which includes the “Right to Public Transmission” using digital transmission and similar devices for broadcasting, retransmission, public communication, representation rights, and the authority to provide public access to the work at a time and place of third parties' choosing and other rights specified in this agreement; are transferred exclusively to the Publisher for an unlimited number, location and content, and for the duration of the protection period prescribed by the law in effect at the date this agreement is signed.

Moreover; moral rights remain with the Author (hereinafter referred to as Authorized Author). However, the Publisher has the right to exercise the moral rights within the scope of the financial rights transferred to them. In this context, the Publisher may assert against third parties the “Right to Offer to the Public” regulated in FSEK’s Article 14, “Right to Attribution” in Article 15, “Right to Prevent Alteration of the Work” in Article 16, and “Rights Against Possessor and Owner” in Article 17. Conversely, the right of the Authorized Author to prevent any publication that could harm their honor and reputation is reserved.

The Publisher may reproduce and publish the original work or copies thereof in any form or by any method, entirely or partially. In this context, the Publisher may publish the Work in bound or unbound format, in serial or perpetual publication formats, in various sizes and colors, and in text formats designed for the visually impaired. Moreover, the Publisher may reproduce and publish the Work not only in physical forms but also on digital platforms including the internet and similar digital environments, through computers, mobile phones, CDs, DVDs and other devices known or to be developed in the future for transmitting and reproducing signals, sound and/or images, either temporarily or permanently. In this context, the Authorized Author acknowledges, declares, and commits that the Publisher may publish the Work in formats and mediums required by new technologies such as e-books and enhanced books (z-books), and can create applications in various formats like iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android.

The Authorized Author has transferred and assigned to the Publisher the right to broadcast and rebroadcast the Work via wired or wireless tools such as radio-TV, satellite, and cable, the rights of public communication, rebroadcasting, representation authority including digital transmission, and the authority to make the Work available to the public at a time and place chosen by third parties. In this context, interactive applications, DVD, VCD, CD, MP3, video, GSM, EDGE, UMTS, 2.5G, 3G, LTE, 4G, DVBH, CDMA, HTML, XML, WAP, mobile TV, mobile streaming, mobile live streaming, catch-up, VOD, mobile internet, social media, IPTV, WEBTV, HTML, XML, WAP, GSM, iPad, iPod, iPhone and similar smart devices and mobile technologies used in mobile phones and other mobile platforms known at the time of signing the agreement or to be developed in the future are included in the rights and authority for broadcasting, providing access, public communication, publication and rebroadcasting, which belong to the Publisher.

The Authorized Author has transferred and assigned the right and authority to process the Work arising from the Work to the Publisher. In this context, the Publisher has the exclusive rights and authority to translate the Work into any language and dialect; convert it to other types of works such as music, cinema, opera, and theater or use it in conjunction with them; convert it to audio and/or visual books; compile it; adapt, summarize, and add to databases, and level it according to different age groups, and illustrate for publication.

The Publisher owns the commercialization rights of the Work. In this context, the Publisher may use the name of the Work, any character, names of the characters, events, photos, drawings, and images in any way and in any sector with any other service or product for promotional or commercial purposes or not. The Publisher can also register these elements as trademarks or domain names in their own name.

As the Authorized Author on behalf of all authors of the Work, I declare and acknowledge that I am competent to transfer and assign the rights I have transferred and assigned in this agreement, that there are no rights of third parties on the Work, that the rights I have transferred to the Publisher in this agreement belong to me and that I have not transferred these rights to anyone before; in the event that third parties claim any rights on the whole or part of the Work, I will be responsible for the compensation and other legal responsibilities arising from this; I will immediately and in cash indemnify any damages that the Publisher may incur in this regard, and acknowledge that the Publisher has the right to terminate this agreement for this reason.

As the Authorized Author of the Work, I/we accept all the conditions stated in the "Notes to Authors" section of MM-UEBD and confirm that the work submitted was prepared in accordance with ethical standards, and that the right to make editorial corrections to the published article has been transferred to MM-UEBD.

As the Authorized Author, I declare that I have entered your UDS system with my username and password and have seen and accepted the "I have seen and accepted the copyright transfer form" statement on the screen, thereby accepting the terms written in this Copyright Transfer Form.
