Points to Consider in Publication Reviews and Evaluations
1. All the points applicable to research articles also apply to "Publication Reviews and Evaluations".
2. "Publication Reviews and Evaluations" should focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the book and strive to examine its contribution to the field. Articles that are summaries or advertisements of the book are not accepted as book reviews. Therefore, in publication reviews, the main body following the first paragraph should evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the work, and the final section should include an evaluation of the work's place and importance in its field of study.
3. Articles should be about newly published current works, preferably books published within the last five years.
4. Authors must have at least a doctorate.
5. The bibliography should include at least three sources from different authors, including the publication being evaluated.
6. Excluding the abstract and bibliography, it should consist of at least 1300-1700 words.
7. The book cover should be placed immediately below the introduction, aligned to the left. The book cover should be legible, and there should be no background other than the cover itself.
8. The title of the "Publication Introduction and Evaluation" should be given in paragraph form, bold, and centered. The title should include the following information: 1. Book Title 2. Author's/editor's/translator's first and last name 3. Place of publication and publisher's name 4. Publication date 5. Edition number, if any 6. Number of pages (including introduction, main text, index, and references) 7. Book's ISBN Number 8. Book dimensions.
