Dr. Zeynel Amaç is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Primary Education at the Faculty of Education, Kilis 7 Aralık University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from Pamukkale University in 1994 and began his teaching career the same year in Arsin, Trabzon. Between 1994 and 2000, he served as a classroom teacher in primary schools affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of National Education. Dr. Amaç completed his M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2002 and earned his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Dicle University in 2023. His research interests include curriculum development, teacher education, refugee education, and inclusive education. He has published several articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
Sadık DURAN received his B.A. in Turkish Language Teaching from Yüzüncü Yıl University in 2002 and his M.A. in the same field from Marmara University’s Institute of Educational Sciences in 2006. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the same institution. After serving as a Turkish language teacher for the Ministry of National Education in 2002, he embarked on his academic career in 2003 as a Research Assistant at Gaziantep University, later continuing this role at Marmara University from 2003 to 2016. He currently holds a faculty position in the Department of Turkish Education at Kilis 7 Aralık University, Kilisli Muallim Rıfat Faculty of Education. His scholarly work focuses on teaching Turkish as a foreign language, textbook development, writing pedagogy, and cultural transmission.
