The Journal of Muallim Rıfat Faculty of Education

The Journal of Muallim Rıfat Faculty of Education was established in 2019. It is a free and open access academic journal that publishes original research in the field of educational sciences. It is the official journal of Kilis 7 Aralık University. The journal accepts manuscripts in both Turkish and English.

The primary aim of the journal is to contribute to theoretical research in education and to support original practice and adaptation studies conducted in educational settings. Accordingly, the journal welcomes both theoretical and practice based research.

The journal is published biannually, in January and July. It holds the status of an international peer reviewed journal. A double blind peer review process is applied during the evaluation stage. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

At the initial submission stage, the journal follows a “format free” policy. Authors may submit their manuscripts without adhering to a specific journal template, provided that the manuscript complies with APA 7 guidelines. Manuscripts that successfully complete the peer review process and are accepted for publication are required to be revised in accordance with the journal’s layout and formatting requirements.

No submission or publication fees are charged to authors for manuscripts submitted to or published in the journal.
