Aim & Scope
Muhakemat Uluslararası Risale-i Nur Araştırmaları Dergisi, Risale-i Nur Külliyatı’nın farklı disiplinler muvacehesinden incelenip araştırılarak, tartışmaya açılması ve anlaşılmasına yardımcı olmak amacıyla yayın yapan akademik bir dergidir. Bu doğrultuda dergi, Risale-i Nur Külliyatı’nda serd edilen felsefî, kelâmî, tasavvufî konuların yanı sıra içtimaî, siyasî ve bireysel hayata taalluk eden geniş yelpazedeki meselelere dair öne sürülen tezleri, İslam düşünce geleneği ve günümüz meseleleriyle ilişkisi açısından incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçlar çerçevesinde, akademik nitelikteki makalelerin yanı sıra, çevirilere de yer verir. Yayın politikası olarak ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde ortak kabul görmüş akademik standartları esas alır.
Muhakemat Dergisi, Risale-i Nur araştırmaları doğrultusunda Felsefe-Din Bilimleri, Temel İslam Bilimleri başta olmak üzere Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler ile bunlarla ilintili tüm disiplinleri kapsayan özgün makale, araştırma, kitap tanıtımı, kritiği ve çevirilere yer verir.

ETHICAL STANDARDS AND PUBLICATION POLICY
1-FOR EDITORS
To act in a balanced, objective.
To ensure a fair double-blind peer-review of the articles.
To ensure that all the information related to articles is kept confidential before publishing.
2-FOR REVIEWERS
To evaluate article only based on content.
To ensure to review an article in a reasonable time frame.
To notify the Editor-in-Chief if they unable to review article manuscript.
To keep all the information related to article as confidential.
To present their opinions on the article in a clear way.
To assist in improving the quality of the published paper.
To report to the Editor-in-Chief in case they detect any kind of plagiarism
3-FOR AUTHORS
To ensure that they have written an original work that has not been published anywhere else.
Any overlapping with previously published works must be cited.
Not to submit a paper simultaneously to more than one publisher at a time.
Any work or words of other authors must be referenced.
To sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement prior to publication

Our journal offers an approach in favour of the authors during the control stage of the articles in order to avoid loss of time and increase scientific production.
Articles submitted to our journal should not have been published anywhere before.

1960 Adana-Ceyhan Doğumlu. 1984-85 Selçuk Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı bölümü mezunu. 19886'da MEB'e öğretmen 1989'da ise Dicle Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı bölümüne Araştırma Görevlisi olarak atandı. İnönü Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü'nden 1991'de Yüksek Lisans, 1997'de ise Doktora mezunu oldu. 2015'te Doçent 2021'de ise Profesör oldu. Halen Dicle Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesinde öğretim üyesidir.
Prof. Tahirhan AYDIN, PhD
Born in 1977 in Hizan, Bitlis, Prof. Dr. Tahirhan Aydın completed his primary and secondary education in Hizan and graduated from Bitlis Imam Hatip High School in 1994. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ankara University, Faculty of Divinity in 1999. In the same year, he began his Master’s studies in the Department of Exegesis (Tafsir) at the same faculty. In 2003, he started his career as a Research Assistant in the Department of Arabic Language and Rhetoric at Ankara University.
Between 2003 and 2005, he completed his first Master’s degree at Gazi University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Arabic Language Education, with a thesis titled "Multiple Intelligence Theory and Teaching Arabic to Foreigners." He subsequently earned his PhD from the same department (2005–2007) with his doctoral dissertation titled "Sentence Structure in Arabic and Turkish, Teaching Arabic Sentence Structure to Foreigners: A Contrastive Analysis." From 2007 to 2009, he taught Arabic language courses at Ankara University, Faculty of Divinity.
From 2009 to 2011, he spent 1.5 years as a Visiting Scholar at Cairo University, Egypt, conducting research in the field of Arabic language. During this period, he also lectured for one semester at Al-Azhar University. Returning to Ankara University in 2011, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at Mardin Artuklu University, Faculty of Letters in 2012. He achieved the rank of Associate Professor in 2014. Between 2017 and 2019, he served as a Visiting Researcher at Indiana University (USA), Department of Near Eastern Languages and Cultures (NELC), where he conducted research and delivered lectures on foreign language pedagogy.
He returned to Mardin Artuklu University in 2019 and was promoted to Full Professor in the Department of Arabic Language and Literature in 2020. In 2023, he joined the Department of Eastern Languages and Literatures at Dicle University, Faculty of Letters. In 2025, he was appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Theology at Bitlis Eren University.
Between 2015 and 2024, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Exchange Program, he delivered lectures, conferences, and seminars at Jagiellonian University (Poland), University of Rouen (France), Al-Zaytoonah University (Jordan), and various institutions in Sweden.
Prof. AYDIN has held numerous academic and administrative positions, including:

Prof. AYDIN is proficient in Turkish, Arabic, and English. He has authored numerous articles, symposium papers, and books in these languages.

Ortaöğretimini Bingöl Lisesinde yaptı. Atatürk Üniversitesinde lisans, İnönü Üniversitesinde yüksek lisans öğrenimini yaptıktan sonra Ankara Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü Eğitim Yönetimi ve Politikası Bölümünde “Özneleşme Sürecinde Okul ve Bilgi ile İlişki-Kürt Politik Aktörlerinin Eğitimsel Deneyimleri” başlıklı tez ile doktorasını tamamladı. Tezi Okul ve Öteki Yurttaşlar adı ile kitap olarak yayınlandı. Halen Mardin Artuklu Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi Eğitim Bilimlerinde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır (2023). Eğitim çalışmalarının yanında aynı zamanda bir dil ve kültür çalışanıdır.
