Abstract
Toplam Kalite Yönetimi günümüzde her sektörde önemli olan bir kalite felsefe
yaklaşımı ve yönetim anlayışıdır. Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin uygulanması için
gerekli olan kritik başarı faktörleri sektör ve alana göre değişiklik gösterse de
önemleri uygulamanın başarılı olması için her zaman yüksektir. Yükseköğretim
sektöründe artan rekabet ile kalite anlayışı önemli hale gelmiştir. Çalışmada
Fakülte ve Enstitü bazında uzman karar vericiler tarafından Bulanık DEMATEL
ile toplam kalite yönetimi uygulamasının başarılı olabilmesi için önemli olan
kritik başarı faktörleri değerlendirilmiş ve her bir faktör için önem derecesi elde
edilmiştir. Analizler ile yöneticilerin hangi faktörlere odaklanması gerektiğine
dair sonuçlar elde edilmiş ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.

Abstract
Total Quality Management is a quality philosophy and management approach
that is important in every sector today. Critical success factors required for
implementation of Total Quality Management vary by sector and area, but their
importance is always high for the application to be successful. With the
increasing competition in the higher education sector, quality concept has become
important. Critical success factors which are important for the successful
implementation of Total Quality Management were evaluated by the expert
decision makers on the basis of Faculty and Institute using Fuzzy DEMATEL in
the study and importance level for each factor was obtained. With the analyzes,
the results of which factors managers should focus on are obtained and the results
are discussed.
