Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğu Olan Çocukların Kardeşlerinin Psiko-sosyal Özelliklerinin Projektif Testlerle Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

 



Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğu tanılı bireylerin
tipik gelişim gösteren kardeşlerinin psiko-sosyal özelliklerinin
karşılaştırılması amacıyla yapılan bu araştırma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden
olgu bilim deseniyle kurgulanmıştır. Çalışmaya OSB’li kardeşi olan 90 ve tipik
gelişen kardeşe sahip 90 çocuk olmak üzere 180 çocuk katılmıştır
. CAT/TAT projektif testleri kardeşlere
bireysel uygulanarak protokeller oluşturulmuştur. Protokellerin
depresyon, kaygı-persekütif endişe-kastrasyon,
somatizasyon, dürtüsellik, saldırganlık, agresyon, dikkat sorunları ve dil
bozulmaları ve kardeş kıskançlığı şeklinde oluşturulan temalar çerçevesinde
içerik analizleri yapılmış ve araştırma ile karşılaştırma grubunun temalar
çerçevesindeki yanıt sıklıkları nicel olarak karşılaştırılarak
değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlarına göre OSB’li kardeşi olan çocukların
psiko-sosyal gelişim açısından risk altında olduğu ve tüm temalarda
karşılaştırma grubuna göre hem içerik hem de nicel olarak daha yoğun protokol içerikleri
sunduğu görülmüştür. Bu bulgular alanyazın ışığında yorumlanmış ve araştırmanın
kısıtlılıkları verilerek sonraki çalışmalar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
