Çevirmen yetkinlikleri bağlamında kozmetik ürünleri çevirisi

Abstract

Giderek küreselleşen dünyada önemli bir yere sahip olan kozmetik sektörünün pazarda adını duyurması, kar sağlaması ve rekabet etmesi açısından kozmetik ürünlerinin çevirisi sektör için çok önemli ve gerekli bir olgudur. Teknolojik ilerleme ve küreselleşmeyle kozmetik marka ve ürünler dil, kültür ve coğrafya olarak birbirinden farklı alıcılara onların sosyo-kültürel yapısına, beklentisine, inanış ve psikolojisine iletişimsel olarak hitap etmek durumundadır. Yerel bir ürünü aynı iletişimsel içerikle farklı dillerde ve kültürlerde yeniden oluşturmak çok dilli bir iletişim olgusunu ortaya koymaktadır. Çok farklı metin türlerini içinde barındıran kozmetik metinleri çevirisinde farklı ve çeşitli çeviri stratejileri uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada günümüz koşullarında sektörde çeviri sürecini işveren, çevirmen, çeviri süreci, çevirmen kararları ve ortaya konan çeviri ürünü bağlamında inceleyen Skopos kuramı ve çevirmen yetkinliklerini temel ve alt yetkinlikler olarak üç modelde ele alan Piecychna’nın (2020) üçlü modeli temel alınarak kozmetik ürünlerinin Fransızca-Türkçe çevirileri çevirmen yetkinlikleri odağında incelenecek ve sınıflandırılacaktır.
