Türk İmalat Sanayisinde Firma Düzeyinde Yeniliğin Belirleyicileri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

In this study it is aimed to determine the factors affecting innovation and R&D probabilities of the firms in manufacturing industry in Turkey. The sample of the study consists of 25394 firms which were active between 2005 and 2011 in manufacturing industry. The determinants of innovation for the firms are classified as entrepreneur, firm and environment based factors. It is concluded that firm based factors such as export, firm size, investment and branches are decisive and effective for innovation activities

TÜRK İMALAT SANAYİSİNDE FİRMA DÜZEYİNDE YENİLİĞİN BELİRLEYİCİLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türk imalat sanayisindeki firmaların yenilik ve Ar-Ge yapma olasılıklarını etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 2005-2011 yılları arasında imalat sanayisinde faaliyet gösteren 25394 firma oluşturmaktadır. Yeniliğin firma düzeyindeki belirleyicileri ise girişimci, firma ve çevresel temelli faktörler olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Ele alınan bu çalışmada firma temelli faktörlerden ihracat, firma ölçeği, yatırım, şube gibi değişkenlerin yenilik faaliyetlerinde belirleyici ve etkin birer faktör oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır
