The Article Submission Fee (ASF) is requested only if, following the preliminary evaluation conducted by the Editorial Board, the manuscript is deemed to be in accordance with the aims, scope, and publication principles of the journal. Upon a positive outcome of the editorial pre-evaluation process carried out after submission, authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee (ASF) of 10,000 TRY prior to the commencement of the peer-review process.

Following the payment of the article submission fee, the manuscript is forwarded to the peer-review process, during which the authors are informed by the editorial office throughout the evaluation stages. In accordance with the decision of the Editorial Board, a refund of 3,500 TRY is issued for manuscripts that are rejected after the completion of the peer-review process.

Note: No payment should be made without official notification from the Editorial Board or the journal’s editorial office. Authors are advised to wait for the official notification email sent by the editorial office regarding the article submission fee.
