Ethics Committee Approval and Declaration

Requirement for Ethics Committee Approval: For all research involving human participants, official approval must be obtained from a university ethics committee with the required documents before commencing the data collection phase. If artificial intelligence technologies are used in the research, detailed information regarding their use must be provided to the ethics committee.

Declaration of Approval: A copy of the obtained ethics committee approval document must be submitted to our journal along with your manuscript. Furthermore, this approval must be explicitly stated within the manuscript text, along with the name of the committee, the decision date, and the approval number.

When Ethics Committee Approval is Not Required: If your study does not require ethics committee approval, the reason for this exemption must be explained within the manuscript text.

Research Requiring Ethics Committee Approval
In our journal, research requiring ethics committee approval includes the following studies:
• All research conducted using qualitative or quantitative approaches involving data collection from participants through methods such as surveys, interviews, focus group studies, observation, and interview techniques,
• Retrospective studies within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law.
For such studies to be considered for evaluation, the relevant ethics committee approvals must have been obtained and these approvals must be clearly stated in the article text.
