File Upload and Privacy Policy
In accordance with TR Index standards and the “Double-Blind” peer review process, authors are required to upload two separate files to the system:
Cover Page (Separate File): This file contains personal information such as the author’s name and surname, institutional affiliation, ORCID, email, and phone number.
Full Text File (Anonymous): This file contains the article text, abstract sections, and references. It must not include any identifying information about the author, institutional data, or any wording in the “Acknowledgments” section that would reveal the author’s name.

Main Text: The main text must begin on a new page following the Arabic abstract (el-Mülahhas). Headings within the main text (Introduction, Method, Results, etc.) must follow sequentially; a new page should not be started for each heading.
Bibliography: The bibliography must be presented alphabetically on a separate page at the end of the article, in accordance with the ISNAD 2nd Edition rules. Additionally, all citations within the text must be provided in footnote format.
Publication Ethics and Fee Policy
Fee Policy: The submission and publication of articles in our journal are entirely free of charge.
Author Changes: Changes to the author list (additions, removals, or reordering) after the article has been uploaded to the system are only permitted before the peer review process is completed and with the written consent of all authors.

Files that do not comply with this rule will be subject to technical rejection on the grounds of “Non-Compliance with Style Guidelines.”
3. Originality and Citation Ethics
Authors guarantee that the submitted text is entirely original and that any use of works or expressions belonging to others is properly cited in accordance with scientific criteria (ISNAD 2). Information obtained through private channels, such as correspondence or interviews, may not be used without the written consent of the relevant party.
4. Ethics Committee Approval and Disclosure
Research involving human participants, such as surveys, interviews, focus group studies, or observations, must have obtained ethics committee approval. The details from the approval document (Committee Name, Date, and Approval Number) must be clearly stated in the “Methods” section and on the first and last pages of the article.
5. Data Access and Transparency
Authors are obligated to provide research data (raw data, survey forms, etc.) upon request by the editor or reviewers. Additionally, it is the author’s responsibility to promptly contact the editorial office to initiate the correction (erratum) process if an error is identified in a published study.
