A- Copyright

The financial rights of all articles published in Temâşâ Philosophy Journal, especially processing, reproduction, representation, printing, publication, distribution and transmission to the public, including transmission via the internet, publication and copyright belong to the journal. In this context, it is mandatory to fill in the Copyright Transfer Forum.

Published articles cannot be used for commercial purposes and cannot be changed; however, academic content can be cited by complying with the citation rules. Violation of copyrights is a crime as stated in the relevant articles of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846.

Corresponding authors undertake that the management of Temâşâ Philosophy Journal and journal editors are not responsible for any claims or lawsuits to be filed by third parties due to copyright infringement, and that all responsibility belongs to them as the responsible author. In addition, she or he undertakes that there is no criminal or illegal statement in the article, that he did not use any illegal materials and methods during the research, and that he acted in accordance with ethical rules.

B) Licensing

Articles sent to Temaşa Philosophy Journal and articles published or accepted for publication also accept Creative Common license rules. The existing content on the site can be shared, copied, reproduced and distributed non-commercially, within the framework of the relevant license terms, can be cited in accordance with the rules, but the content cannot be changed.
