Abstract
Murat Höyük, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi, Bingöl İli Solhan İlçesinde, Murat Nehri kenarında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Murat Höyüğün Orta Demir Çağına tarihlenen II. tabakasından kazılarla ele geçen üzerinde tanrı ve tanrıça işaretleri olan amulet ve parmak baskılı kadeh tanıtılmaktadır. Höyük, yakın zamanda tamamlanan Aşağı Kaleköy Barajının su tutma havzası içerisinde yer aldığı için, Erzurum Kültür Varlıklarını Koruma Bölge Kurulu tarafından 2018 yılında tescillenmiştir. Höyükteki kazı çalışmaları Elâzığ Müzesi Müdürlüğü kazı başkanlığında ve bilimsel bir heyet tarafından 2019 yılında yapılarak tamamlanmıştır. Murat Höyükte yürütülen kazı çalışmaları sonucunda dört ana kültür evresi (I-IV) tespit edilmiştir. Höyüğün II. tabakası MÖ 9-6 yüzyıl aralığına tarihlenmektedir. Kazı buluntusu olan ve burada tanıtılan amulet ve kadeh, Urartu Krallığı’nın etkisi altında olan bölgenin ve de höyüğün, aynı zamanda diğer kültürler ile de iletişim halinde olduğunu kanıtlayan ünik eserlerdir.
