Abstract
Objective: To evaluate estrogen and progesteron receptor expression in endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma . Material and Method: In parafin-embedded specimens from 28 patients with endometrial hyperplasia and from 29 patients with endometrial carcinoma , estrogen and progesterone receptors were analysed by immunohistochemical method Results: Estrogen receptor expression was identified 71,4%(20/28) in endometrialhyperplasias and 17,2%(5/29) in endometrial carcinomas(p

Abstract
Amaç: Endometrial hiperplazi ve karsinomlarda Östrojen ve progesteron ekşpresyonlarını değerlendirmek. Materyal ve Metod : 28 adet endometrial hiperplazi ve 29 adet endometrial karsinom içeren parafin blokda immunhistokimyasal yöntemle Östrojen ve progesteron reseptörleri çalışıldı.
