Yussuf is a P.h. D Candidate; in Islamic Economics and Finance at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Istanbul, Turkey. He holds Master's Degree in Economics and Finance and bachelor's degree in Economics. He has attended course in capital market and investment banking in India.

Not only that, but he is an experienced banker offering a successful career history of over 7 years and possesses multitasking skills in credit analysis and customer service representative with a background in reviewing credit bureau reports, delinquency monitoring, financial statement review, credit risk assessment, compliance assessment, and loan management plus knowledge in credit approvals and limits.

In the academic arena, Yussuf has published several articles, including;
