IMPORTANCE OF NUTRITION IN THE TREATMENT OF SOME LARGE INTESTINAL DISEASES

Öz

Adequate and balanced nutrition is important in maintaining a healthy life. It should not be forgotten that individuals can protect their health, reduce the risk of disease and improve their quality of life by eating adequate and balanced nutrition. It should not be ignored that inadequate and unbalanced nutrition can bring many diseases.
The digestive system is one of the most important systems in which various nutrients are absorbed, passed into the bloodstream and broken down into small building blocks during the progression of food in the digestive tract. Digestive system diseases are among the diseases that are increasing day by day and frequently encountered. Nutrition plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases. As in every part of the body, various diseases are seen in the large intestine, one of the organs of the digestive system. These diseases occur with various symptoms. Considering the individual differences of each patient, the most appropriate nutrition should be planned for the patients. Patients who are diagnosed should manage the process together with their physicians and dieticians who manage the treatment.

Bazı Kalın Bağırsak Hastalıklarının Tedavisinde Beslenmenin Önemi

Öz

Sağlıklı yaşamın sürdürülebilmesinde yeterli ve dengeli beslenme önem arz etmektedir. Yeterli ve dengeli beslenerek; bireylerin sağlıklarını koruyabilecekleri, hastalık risklerini azaltabilecekleri ve yaşam kalitelerini artırabilecekleri unutulmamalıdır. Yeterli ve dengeli olmayan beslenmenin ise beraberinde pek çok hastalığı getirebileceği göz ardı edilmemelidir.
Sindirim sistemi besinlerin ağızdan alınması ile birlikte sindirim kanalında ilerlemesi sırasında çeşitli besin ögelerinin emilerek kan dolaşımına geçebildiği ve küçük yapı taşlarına parçalandığı önemli sistemlerden birisidir. Sindirim sistemi hastalıkları her geçen gün artan ve sık karşımıza çıkan hastalıklardandır. Sindirim sistemi hastalıklarının önlenmesinde ve tedavisinde beslenme önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Vücudun her bölgesinde olabileceği gibi sindirim sistemi organlarından kalın bağırsakta da çeşitli hastalıklar görülmektedir. Bu hastalıklar çeşitli belirtilerle ortaya çıkmaktadır. Her bir hastanın bireysel farklılıkları göz önüne alınarak, hastaların uygulayabilecekleri, hastalıklarına en uygun beslenme planlanmalıdır. Tanı alan hastalar, tedaviyi yöneten hekimleri ve diyetisyenleri ile beraber süreci birlikte yönetmelidirler.
