Azerbaycan Ekonomisinin Toplumsal Refahındaki Gelişimine Yeni Kurumcu Bir Bakış

Öz

Bir ülkenin toplumsal refahı sadece büyüme faktörüne indirgenemez. Büyümenin yanında esas olan ülkenin kurumlarının kalitesidir. Bu çalışmada Yeni Kurumsalcı İktisat bakış açısıyla bağımsızlıktan sonra Azerbaycan ekonomisindeki gelişmeler irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada ekonomik ve sosyal göstergeler yardımı ile Azerbaycan ekonomisinin toplumsal refahının ne yönde geliştiği araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Azerbaycan ekonomisinin, toplumsal fayda açısından gerekli kurumları oluşturduğu, kurumların toplumsal refah için belirli dönüşümleri sağladığı ancak ekonomik gelişmenin toplumsal faydayı maksimize eden esas unsurları yeterince geliştiremediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

An New Institutional View of The Social Welfare of the Azerbaijan Economy

Abstract

The social welfare of a country cannot be reduced only to the growth factor. Besides the growth, it is the quality of the institutions of the country which is essential. In this study, developments in the Azerbaijani economics were examined after independence from the New Institutionalist Economics point of view. With the help of economic and social indicators, it has been researched how the social welfare of the Azerbaijani economy has improved. As a result of the study, it is revealed that the Azerbaijani economy has established the institutions necessary for social benefit, institutions provide certain transformations for social welfare, but it is concluded that economic development does not sufficiently improve the social benefit.
