Öz

Yeni ebeveynlik hassas ve öngörülemez bir dönem olarak tecrübe edilmektedir. Covid-19 pandemisi de ebeveynlerin deneyimlerini büyük ölçüde etkilemiş, politika ve uygulamalarda daha önce görülmemiş değişiklikler getirmiştir. Bu değişikliklerin sağlık hizmetlerine, doğum politikalarına, doğum öncesi ve sonrası desteğe ve bunların yanında çalışma hayatına ve sosyal temasa ciddi yansımaları olmuştur.
Yeni ebeveynlik olağan zamanlarda dahi hassas bir dönem olarak kabul edildiğinden, kriz durumlarının yeni ebeveynler üzerindeki etkisini anlamak son derece önemlidir. Bu derleme, pandemi dönemindeki yeni ebeveynlerin deneyimlerini araştırarak ve yaşanan değişikliklerin yeni bir ebeveyn olma deneyiminin üzerindeki etkisine ilişkin farkındalık oluşturmaktır. Bu bağlamda hem gelecekteki olası krizlerde hem de kriz dışı zamanlarda yeni ebeveynlerin nasıl desteklenmesi gerektiğine dair yol gösterici olması planlanmaktadır.

Reflection of Possible Crisis Situations on the New Parenting Process

Öz

New parenthood is experienced as a sensitive and unpredictable time. The Covid-19 pandemic has also greatly impacted parents' experiences, bringing unprecedented changes in policies and practices. These changes have had serious repercussions on healthcare, maternity policies, antenatal and postnatal support, as well as on working life and social contact.
Understanding the impact of crisis situations on new parents is crucial, as new parenthood is recognized as a vulnerable time even in normal times. This review aims to explore the experiences of new parents during the pandemic and to raise awareness about the impact of changes on the experience of being a new parent. In this context, it is planned to provide guidance on how new parents should be supported both in possible future crises and in non-crisis times.
