Later, it was discussed whether civil religion would be the basis for the transition to political religion. Finally, political religion has been put forward within the framework of different approaches and relationship between civil religion and political religion has been tried to be explained. The phenomenological method was used, and evaluations were given through examples for a better understanding of subject. One of the results of study is the necessity of political-theology and theology-politics transformations in civil religion and political religion formations. Considering Rousseau's theory and practices in the world, another conclusion reached is that there is a fine line between civil religion and political religion and that mutual transitivity is possible between them. The study also revealed that political religion formations based on socialism can transform into local political religion forms.
