PSİKOLOJİK GÜVENLİK VE ÇALIŞAN PERFORMANSI İLİŞKİSİ: ALGILANAN ÖRGÜTSEL ENGELİN ARACI İŞ GÜVENCESİZLİĞİNİN DÜZENLEYİCİ ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, psikolojik güvenliğin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde algılanan örgütsel engelin dolaylı çalışanların iş güvencesizliği algılarına göre değişip değişmediğinin incelenmesidir. Bu amacın gerçekleştirilmesine yönelik olarak hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren özel bir işletmenin 223 çalışanından anket tekniği kullanılarak veri elde edilmiştir. Araştırma hipotezlerinin test edilmesinde SPSS Macro programı kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda psikolojik güvenliğin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde algılanan örgütsel engelin tam aracı etkisinin olduğu, bu etkinin çalışanların iş güvencesizliği algıları yüksek olduğunda güçlü, düşük olduğunda ise zayıf olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları psikolojik güvenlik ile çalışan performansı arasındaki ilişkinin algılanan örgütsel engel ve iş güvencesizliği bağlamında ele alınması açısından daha iyi anlaşılmasına katkıda bulunacaktır. Araştırmanın teorik ve pratik etkileri tartışılarak gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalara ve sektör yöneticilerine önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
