Öz

Bu tədqiqatda Birinci Dünya Müharibəsindən (1914–1918) müasir bilik cəmiyyətinə qədər texnoloji və informasiya determinizminin təkamülü araşdırılır. Müharibə dövründə texnologiya əsasən mərkəzləşdirilmiş təbliğat və hərbi üstünlük vasitəsi kimi istifadə olunurdu. Lakin müasir dövrdə texnologiya süni intellekt, böyük məlumat analitikası və sosial media platformaları vasitəsilə fərdi davranışların formalaşdırılması, ictimai rəyin idarə edilməsi və sosial, iqtisadi, siyasi proseslərin istiqamətləndirilməsində əsas amilə çevrilmişdir. Araşdırma göstərir ki, texnologiyanın cəmiyyətə təsiri mərkəzləşdirilmiş dövlət nəzarətindən fərdiləşdirilmiş sosial manipulyasiyaya keçərək, fərdlərin qərar qəbuletmə mexanizmlərinə və sosial münasibətlərinə dərin təsir göstərir. Bu proses texnologiyanın yalnız alət deyil, həm də cəmiyyətin struktur və dəyərlər sistemini formalaşdıran determinant qüvvə kimi rolunu gücləndirir və gələcəkdə bu təsirin daha da artacağı proqnozlaşdırılır.

Öz

This study examines the evolution of technological and informational determinism from the First World War (1914–1918) to the modern knowledge society. During the war period, technology was primarily used as a means of centralized propaganda and military superiority. In contrast, in the contemporary era, technology has become a key instrument in shaping individual behavior, managing public opinion, and directing social, economic, and political processes through artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and social media platforms. The research demonstrates that the influence of technology has shifted from centralized state control to individualized social manipulation, profoundly affecting decision-making mechanisms and social relations. This transformation reinforces the role of technology not merely as a tool but as a determinant force that shapes the structure and value systems of society. The study concludes that this influence is likely to intensify further in the future.
