Informasiya Təminatinda Tələbatçi Məmnuniyyəti və Probleminin Sosial-Fəlsəfi Mahiyyəti

Yıl 2025, Cilt: 12 Sayı: 4, 681 - 689

Öz

İnformasiya kütləsinin sürətlə artması və kanalların çoxşaxəliliyi oxucu-istehlakçı məmnuniyyətini müxtəlif maraqlarla qarşı-qarşıya qoyur. Obyekt, subyekt və proses üçbucağında bu anlayışın sosial-fəlsəfi mahiyyətini müəyyənləşdirmək informasiya mühitində yaranan xaosu anlamağa imkan verir. İnkişaf edən İKT-nin gündəlik həyata və mədəni mühitin transformasiyasına təsiri fonunda oxucu məmnuniyyətinin təhlili xüsusi əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. Oxucu məmnuniyyəti yalnız kommersiya maraqları ilə məhdudlaşmır; o, milli, regional və qlobal çağırışlara cavab verən, mədəni cəmiyyətin sifarişlərini təmin edən sosial və kulturoloji fenomen kimi dəyərləndirilir. Kitabxanalar ənənəvi, rəqəmsal və ya hibrid modeldə fəaliyyət göstərsə də, onların dayanıqlılığı bu sosial-fəlsəfi mahiyyətin düzgün qiymətləndirilməsindən asılıdır. Məqalədə problemin elmi, nəzəri və praktiki aspektləri araşdırılır, oxucu məmnuniyyətinin sosial dəyəri, kulturoloji funksiyası və kommersiya xarakterli yanaşmalarla fərqi təhlil edilir. Xüsusi diqqət yanlış informasiya və dezinformasiyanın uzunmüddətli sosial fəsadlarına yönəldilir.

The Socio-Philosophical Essence of the Problem of User Satisfaction in Information Provision

Yıl 2025, Cilt: 12 Sayı: 4, 681 - 689

Öz

The rapid growth of the information mass and the diversity of channels place reader–consumer satisfaction against various competing interests. Determining the socio-philosophical essence of this concept within the triangle of object, subject, and process makes it possible to understand the chaos emerging in the information environment. Against the background of the influence of developing ICT on daily life and the transformation of the cultural environment, the analysis of reader satisfaction gains particular importance. Reader satisfaction is not limited to commercial interests; rather, it is evaluated as a social and culturological phenomenon that responds to national, regional, and global challenges and meets the demands of cultural society. Whether operating in traditional, digital, or hybrid models, the sustainability of libraries depends largely on a correct assessment of this socio-philosophical essence. The article examines the scientific, theoretical, and practical aspects of the problem, analyzing the social value of reader satisfaction, its culturological functions, and its difference from commercially oriented approaches. Special attention is given to the long-term social consequences of misinformation and disinformation.
