1974 yılında Balıkesir'de doğmuştur. İlk ve ortaöğrenimini Balıkesir'de tamamlamıştır. 1995 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi Mühendislik-Mimarlık Fakültesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü'nden mezun olmuştur. Yüksek lisans derecesini 1998 yılında, doktora derecesini ise 2005 yılında Balıkesir Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü'nden almıştır. Halen Balıkesir Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü'nde öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmakta ve lisans ile lisansüstü düzeylerde dersler vermektedir.
Ruhan Benlikaya, Balıkesir Üniversitesi Necatibey Eğitim Fakültesi Matematik ve Fen Bilimleri Eğitimi Bölümü'nde Profesör olarak görev yapmaktadır. Lisans eğitimini 2000 yılında Balıkesir Üniversitesi Kimya Öğretmenliği programında tamamlamış, yüksek lisans derecesini 2003 yılında almış ve doktora derecesini 2009 yılında Balıkesir Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı'ndan almıştır. Akademik kariyerine 2000 yılında araştırma görevlisi olarak başlayan Benlikaya, 2012-2014 yılları arasında Çek Cumhuriyeti'ndeki Tomas Bata Üniversitesi'nde doktora sonrası araştırmacı olarak çalışmış ve ve 14 Temmuz 2021 tarihinde profesörlük unvanına yükselmiştir. Çalışma alanları arasında kimya eğitimi, nanobilim ve nanoteknoloji öğretimi, polimer-kil nanokompozitleri ve karbon nanotüp temelli sensörler yer alan akademisyen, uluslararası düzeyde çok sayıda bilimsel makale yayımlamıştır. Kariyeri boyunca Bölüm Başkan Yardımcılığı ve Dekan Yardımcılığı gibi çeşitli idari görevler üstlenen Benlikaya; halen Kompozit Araştırma Eğitim ve Simülasyon Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi'nde Müdür Yardımcısı, Fen ve Mühendislik Bilimleri Araştırmaları Etik Kurulu Başkanı, Kalite Eğitim-Öğretim Alt Komisyonu ve Akreditasyon Komisyonu görevlerini yürütmektedir.

“Certain Classes of Problems in Integral Geometry on Curves and Surfaces.”
• Defended his Doctor of Sciences dissertation in 1998 on the topic:
“New Classes of Problems in Integral Geometry.”
• A student of the prominent scholar, Academician M.M. Lavrentiev.
Scientific Contributions:
Akram Khasanovich has made significant contributions to the development of mathematics:
• Developed methods for studying weakly and strongly ill-posed problems in integral geometry.
• Proved uniqueness theorems for new classes of problems in integral geometry.
• Conducted fundamental research on the stability of solutions for entire classes of ill-posed problems, derived inversion formulas, and proved existence theorems for these problems.
• His work has found applications in medicine, industrial tomography, and geophysics.
Professional Activities:
• Since November 2022, he has been working at the Belarusian-Uzbek Intersectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications.
• Since September 2024, he has been working part-time at the Transport University, actively participating in educational and scientific activities.
• Advocates for the creation of a Department of Mathematical and Physical Sciences focused on interdisciplinary research.
Publications:
Author of more than 150 scientific papers dedicated to integral geometry, inverse problems, and their applications in various fields of science and technology.
Kemal Yurumezoglu is an professor in the Department of Special Education (Gifted Education) at Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey. He received his master’s degree in physics education in 2000 from the University of Paris Diderot (Paris 7), France, and his PhD in science education in 2005 from the University of Strasbourg, France. His research interests are in conceptual physics, gifted education, STEAM education and inquiry-based physics activities.
S.S.S. Sarma (Full name rarely used in publications: Singaraju Sri Subrahmanya Sarma, born on 24 September 1958), PhD obtained in 1988, is an aquatic ecologist, known for his research contributions in the field of freshwater zooplankton. He is full time Professor of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (= Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, known in the abbreviated form as UNAM) at its north Mexico City Campus, FESI, Tlalnepantla (Facultad de Estudios Superiores Iztacala). He has published more than 300 articles and book chapters of which more than 285 scientific works are from standard journals, including Nature, indexed in Web of Science (Core collection) / Scopus. He has edited/co-edited 14 special volumes for prestigious publishers including Springer, Elsevier, Francis & Taylor, and Acad. Env. Biol. He is currently Editor of Rotifer News, a virtual newsletter for professional and amateur investigators of phylum Rotifera. He is/was on the Editorial Board of different journals belonging to Standard Publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, MDPI, Frontiers Media SA, Acad. of Env. Biol., Francis & Taylor, Bentham Open, Oxford University Press, Public Library of Science, DergiPark and Biomed Central.
