This research examines primary school students' self-efficacy levels in life studies course. The survey model was used to conduct the study. The research population consists of primary school 2nd and 3rd-grade students. The research sample is the 2nd and 3rd-grade students studying in the central districts of Diyarbakır. Stratified sampling was used in the study. Personal Information Form and Life Studies Course Self-Efficacy Scale (LSCSS) were used to collect data. The LSCSS scale consists of two dimensions: authority-oriented self-efficacy and individual-oriented self-efficacy. T test for independent groups, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis were utilized in the data analysis. The students' authority-oriented self-efficacy levels are higher than their individual-oriented self-efficacy levels, according to the findings. Life studies course self-efficacy does not differ significantly by gender variable in any dimension. In terms of mother's education level, father's education level, and father's occupation variables, both individual-oriented and authority-oriented self-efficacy differ significantly. While the variables of sense of success and frequency of studying can predict authority-oriented self-efficacy by 17 percent, they can only predict individual-oriented self-efficacy by 14 percent.
