The aim of this research is to reveal the representation of female executives in the health sector. As a matter of fact, when women are included in senior management positions all over the world, it is seen that some advantages make organizations stronger. However, the number of female executives at the top management levels, both in our country and around the world, is quite low. On the basis of this situation, many elements may be involved. As a result, the presence of women in management is not at the desired level, even in health institutions where the number of female employees in organizations is relatively higher. For this reason, it is thought that the issue is important in the context of equality of opportunity for men and women in management and should be examined. In this context, the upper management levels were examined by document analysis through the websites of public and private hospitals in the province/districts of Bursa, and descriptive research was carried out considering the numerical size of female managers in the context of equality of opportunity. As a result of the research, the findings related to a total of 326 managers; It clearly reveals that the rate of total female managers is 40.8% (N:133), the rate of male managers is 59.2% (N: 193), and that the administrative representation of women in Bursa public-private hospitals is insufficient, while university hospitals are relatively higher than others.
