YÖNETİCİLERİN GİRİŞİMCİ LİDERLİK DAVRANIŞLARININ İŞLETME PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİNDE FARKLILAŞTIRMA STRATEJİSİNİN ARACI ROLÜ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, yöneticilerin gösterdikleri girişimci liderlik davranışları ile
işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkide farklılaştırma stratejilerinin aracı rolünü incelemektir.
Araştırma, Erzurum Ticaret ve Sanayi Odasına bağlı sekiz sektörde faaliyet gösteren orta ölçekli
işletmelerin kurucu veya yöneticilerine anket uygulanarak yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler yapısal
eşitlik modellemesi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda beklendiği gibi girişimci liderlik
ve işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkide farklılaştırma stratejisinin kısmi aracı etkisi olduğu tespit
edilmiştir

THE MEDIATING ROLE OF THE DIFFERENTIATION STRATEGY IN THE IMPACT OF MANAGERS' ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS ON BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

Öz

he main purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of differentiation strategies
in the relationship between the entrepreneurial leadership behaviors of managers and business
performance. The research was conducted by applying a questionnaire to the founders or managers of
medium-sized enterprises operating in eight sectors affiliated to Erzurum Chamber of Commerce and
Industry. The data obtained were analyzed by structural equation modeling. As a result of the
analysis, it was determined that the differentiation strategy has a partial mediating effect on the
relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and business performance.
