Cytotoxic Activity Evaluation of Three New Metal Complexes

Öz

Salisilaldehit ve 1-amino-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-p-tolilpirimidin-2(1H)-on bir Schiff bazı olan 1-(2-hidroksibenzilidenamino)-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-p-tolilpirimidin-2 (1H)-on (S1) 'u hazırlamak için kullanıldı. Üç yeni kompleks (Ag (I), Pd (II) ve Pt (II)) bu şelat ligandından (S1) sentezlendi. Metal kompleksleri insan kolon kanser hücre hattına karşı tarandı ve gümüş kompleksinin, kullanılan standart ilaçtan daha fazla sitotoksik aktiviteye sahip olduğu bulundu.

Öz

Üç yeni kompleks (Ag(I), Pd(II) ve Pt(II)) bu şelat ligantdan (S1) sentezlendi. Ag(I) kompleksi insan kolon kanser hücre hattına karşı tarandı ve gümüş kompleksinin kullanılan standart ilaçtan daha fazla sitotoksik aktiviteye sahip olduğu bulundu.
