The aviation sector is labor-intensive which is operating on 24/7 shift system and characterized by high time pressure and job stress. These challenging working conditions can negatively impact employees' work-life balance, leading to work-family conflict. This research focuses on examining how demographic variables influence the levels of work-family conflict (both work-based and family-based) among ground-handling employees in the aviation sector. Within the scope of the research, a field survey was conducted with 396 passenger service employees working for ground-handling companies in Turkey. The work-family conflict levels of these participants were measured using a scale that comprises two sub-dimensions: work-based conflict and family-based conflict. The relationship between the employees' demographic variables and their work-family conflict levels was analyzed using Independent T-test and ANOVA tests. The findings of the study reveal that the work-family conflict levels among passenger service employees in ground-handling companies in Turkey vary across different sub-dimensions and demographic variables.
