Türkiyede bazı balıklarda Myxobolus cyprini ve Lamproglena pulchella türlerinin morfolojik identifikasyonu ve patolojisi

Öz

Bu çalışma, Yaban Hayatı'nda yakalanan üç farklı balık türündeki (Barbus lacerta, Capoeta trutta ve Capoeta umbla) parazitlerin (Myxobolus cyprini ve Lamproglena pulchella) enfeksiyon ve patolojilerini belirlemek için yapıldı. Bu çalışma için yakalanan balıklar, etik kurallara uygun olarak laboratuvara nakledildi ve parazit açısından araştırıldı. Sonuçlara göre iki farklı parazit türü (Myxobolus cyprini ve Lamproglena pulchella) tespit edildi. Myxobolus cyprini, Capoeta trutta'nın pektoral yüzgeçlerinin yumuşak dokusunda kirli beyaz oval bir kist olarak bulundu. Kistlerin histopatolojik incelemelerinde Myxobolus cyprini sporları görüldü. Lamproglena pulchella, Barbus lacerta'nın solungaçlarında görüldü. Capoeta umbla'da hiçbir parazite rastlanmadı. Bu parazit türleri, Uzunçayır Baraj Gölü (Türkiye) yaban hayatı balıklarının ilk kayıtlarıdır.

Morphological identification and pathology of Myxobolus cyprini and Lamproglena pulchella in some fish in Turkey

Öz

This study was performed to determine infection and pathologies of the parasites (Myxobolus cyprini and Lamproglena pulchella) on three different fish species (Barbus lacerta, Capoeta trutta and Capoeta umbla) caught in Wildlife. The fish caught for this study were transported to the laboratory in accordance with ethical rules and investigated for parasites. According to the results, two different parasite species (Myxobolus cyprini and Lamproglena pulchella) were identified. Myxobolus cyprini was found in the soft tissue of the pectoral fins of Capoeta trutta as an off-white oval cyst. In the histopathological examinations of the cysts, the spores of Myxobolus cyprini were observed. Lamproglena pulchella was seen in the gills of Barbus lacerta. No parasite was encountered in Capoeta umbla. These parasite species are the first records for wildlife fishes of Uzuncayır Dam Lake (Turkey).
