The traditional forms of intercommunication and communication have changed with the rapid spread of internet and new communication technologies since the 2000s. Intergenerational communication channels have started to be blocked against X and Y generations, smartphones are a part of the body especially in younger generations. The attitude of the youngest generation, called the Z Generation or the Alpha Belt, on the form and rules of communication also implies some form of formal practices that have been opposed to the lifestyle of the previous generations, although they point to an independent and free spirit. In public transport devices, everyone can digitize his / her life by smart mobile phones,by talking loudly with video mobile phones in the street, or with a group of 4-5 people sitting in a cafe constantly deals with mobile phones, although it is forbidden and / or dangerous, the mobile phones on the aircraft are not closed until the last moment or not taken into flight mode, mobile phones that play frequently in cinema or concerts, and even when students are talking about lessons, common behaviours in daily life such as messaging from students cause new communication technologies to be questioned. In this study, the phenomenon of digital inattention was discussed within the framework of the concept of daily life sociology and partly free time, and cultural behaviours changes caused by technological developments were discussed with a critical point of view.
